History
Founded in 2008 as a simple youth advocacy association, the organization
expanded and consequently registered in 2010 as a fully-fledged NGO in Kenya.
Through an established children's home & a school, we support and care for
orphans,
widows, and vulnerable members of the community.
Event Update
To enhance our mission outreach, we provided a van and bicycles to aid in transportation for orphans and widows. This initiative ensures better access to essential services, including food supplies, and underscores our dedication to improving lives and fostering community well-being.
The organization’s mission is to provide a
safe and nurturing environment for children and families in need, where they can receive
education, healthcare, and basic needs such as food and shelter. In addition to its children’s
home and school, the organization also offers programs and services for community members,
including ICT and borehole services.
We recognizes the importance of empowering communities and providing them with the resources
and skills they need to improve their lives and build sustainable futures. To this end, our
organization works closely with local partners and community members to identify and address the
unique needs and challenges of each community it serves.
We have a dedicated and experienced staff, who are committed to making a positive impact in
the lives of those they serve. With support from donors, volunteers, and community members, the
organization has been able to reach thousands of children and families in need, providing them
with a brighter future and a chance to succeed.
We continue to grow and expand programs and services, always with the goal of making a
lasting and meaningful impact in the lives of those in need. Whether through its children’s
home, school, or community programs, the organization is dedicated to building a better future
for all.
- MISSION STATEMENT - In addition to providing a safe and nurturing environment through the children's home, the organization also focuses on education as a means of empowering and uplifting vulnerable members of the community. The school offers quality education to children who may otherwise not have access to it, giving them a chance to break the cycle of poverty and improve their future prospects. The organization also provides support to widows, helping them to become self-sufficient and lead independent lives. Through its various programs and services, the organization is dedicated to improving the lives of those it serves and making a positive impact on the wider community.

We aim to empower and uplift communities by providing aid and support, promoting equality and justice, and fostering hope and resilience. Through our actions, we strive to bring relief, healing, and restoration to those in need.

Projects
Borehole Project
The Borehole Project is a initiative that started in 2023 with a single drilling lorry. Its main aim is to provide clean and safe drinking water to the school students, orphans within the Mission and the wider community.
ICT Project
The ICT program officially started in 2023 with the goal of providing access to technology for school students, orphans within the Mission, and the community.
The School
The school officially began operations in 2009 with 30 students and a teacher. It currently has 11 classes compiling of kindergaten and primary level. We boast having bieng the top on the previous mock examinations.We have graduated three lots since we started the school.
United Hope International continues to spread the Christian love through her various project success stories. Through the grace of God, we have witnessed laudable successes in all our focus areas including but not limited to; livelihoods, education support program, widows’ ministry and the water and sanitation focus area. Since the inception of the education support program, the organization has been able to support a number of students through both partial and full scholarships from elementary/primary, highschool to university/colleges.

Mr. Willis is a youthful witness of the good deeds of Jesus Christ and is committed to the evangelism of Christ-discipleship. Through the spirit of God, he believed that one day God would use him as His vessel and mouth piece to raise and support orphaned children within Kenya and to help the many abandoned widows in his community and around Kenya.
